Joseph Pottanat joined Richter Restrepo PLLC as Counsel in January 2025. With over 10 years of litigation experience in the courts and administrative agencies of New York State, Joe's legal experience includes advising a variety of residential, commercial, not-for-profit and religious corporation property owners and developers on matters involving the purchase, sale, refinancing, leasing and operations of their properties, as well as the attendant litigation. Joe found that through litigation and transaction practice, he further honed his ability to communicate confidently, negotiate effectively, and develop consensus among parties who often have adverse interests.
